  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
  • Orders take about 2-4 weeks after processing to be fully completed and you will have received your order by then.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of the package, and the delivery destination.
  • If you are located in an area eligible for free shipping, this will be indicated during checkout.

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete addresses.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas. Please check during checkout for any shipping restrictions to your location.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
